Ich reagiere allergisch auf

– Haselnüsse,
– Erdnüsse,
– Walnüsse,
– Kreuzkümmel.

– sowie auf jegliches Kernobst, wie z.B.
    – Apfel,
    – Pfirsich,
    – Kirsche,
    – Marillen,
    – Zwetschgen,
    – Mango.

– sowie auf
   – rohe Karotten,
   – orientalische Gewürze.

Keine Probleme habe ich mit

– wenig Mandeln
– Kernobst, als Kompott

Le mie attuali intolleranze (IT)

Sono allergico a

– alle nocciole
– arachidi
– noci,
– cumino

– e a tutti i frutti a bacca, come ad esempio

   – mela,
   – pesca,
   – ciliegia,
   – albicocche,
   – prugne,
   – mango

e

   – carote crude,
   – spezie orientali.

Non ho problemi con

– qualche mandorla
– Pomacee, come composta

– peanuts

– as well as to any pome fruit, such as

   – apple,
   – peach,
   – cherry,
   – apricots,
   – plums,
   – mango

and
   – raw carrots.
   – oriental spices.

I have no problems with

– few almonds
– Pomaceous fruit, as compote
